Product Overview
The KP236 is a miniaturized Analog Barometric Air Pressure Sensor IC utilizing a capacitive principle and BiCMOS technology. It provides a calibrated analog output signal proportional to the applied pressure, converting a range of 40 kPa to 115 kPa into a voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V. Designed for high accuracy and sensitivity, this surface micromachined sensor is ideal for automotive applications like barometric air pressure measurement, as well as industrial, consumer, and medical applications. The device features a ratiometric analog output, a wide operating temperature range, broken wire detection, and is supplied in a green 8-pin SMD housing. It is automotive qualified.
