The TLI4906x series are high-precision Hall Effect switches designed for industrial and consumer applications. They feature highly accurate switching thresholds that remain stable across ambient operating temperatures up to 125C. These switches offer a wide supply voltage range (2.7 V to 18 V), operation from unregulated power supplies, and superior temperature stability. Key advantages include high sensitivity, stable magnetic switching points, and robust resistance to mechanical stress through active error compensation. The TLI4906x provides a digital open-drain output signal and is not suitable for automotive applications. Ideal for position sensing in security systems, alignment control, push buttons, keyboards, key switches, and machine tools.
