The KP276D1201 is a miniaturized Digital Absolute Pressure Sensor IC featuring dTurboTMAP technology with a SENT output and an integrated interface for an external temperature sensor. It offers increased media robustness, high accuracy pressure sensing ( 0.77% FSS) with real 12-bit resolution, and real 12-bit temperature resolution. The sensor utilizes a capacitive principle and is surface micromachined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit. Its integrated diagnostic mode enhances safety by allowing testing of sensor cells and signal paths. Primarily developed for measuring manifold air pressure, it is suitable for advanced automotive, industrial control, and consumer applications.
