The LF21115TMR is a digital omni-polar magnetic switch utilizing TMR and CMOS technology. It offers high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption, integrating a TMR magnetic sensor with CMOS signal processing. Key features include an on-chip TMR voltage generator, amplifier, comparator, and Schmitt trigger for noise rejection. It operates with a push-pull output and X-axis sensing direction, supported by an internal band gap regulator for stable supply voltage across a wide range. The device boasts ultra-low power consumption (200nA), fast response, accurate switching, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray magnetic fields. It is available in a SOT23-3 package.
