Product Overview
The Littelfuse DRS-50 is a standard, normally open, high-power reed switch designed for demanding applications. It features a 50.80mm long glass envelope and is capable of switching high voltages and power up to 400Vdc at 2mA, with a carry current of 6A and a switching capability of up to 100W/VA. The switch offers high insulation resistance (1010 ohms minimum) and low contact resistance (less than 100 milli-ohms). Its hermetically sealed design ensures reliability by protecting contacts from the external environment. The DRS-50 is suitable for applications requiring switching of European mains voltage and operates with zero power for contact closure.
