Product Overview
The LF32115TMR is a high-sensitivity, low-power TMR digital unipolar magnetic switch integrating Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) and CMOS technology. It offers fast response, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and immunity to stray field interference. The device features an X-axis sensing direction, an open-drain output, and operates with both north and south magnetic poles. Its low power consumption (200nA) makes it ideal for battery-powered applications. The output switches low when the magnetic field exceeds the operate point (BOP) and high when it drops below the release point (BRP).
