Product Overview
The MT896X family is a high-performance, high-reliability Hall-effect switch IC with self-diagnosis capabilities, produced using BCD technology. It integrates an on-chip Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator (2.7V to 24V), temperature compensation, a small-signal amplifier, a dynamic offset cancellation system, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output in a single package. The self-diagnosis function, active during power-on, allows users to verify the signal path, response to BOP/BRP, and sensor IC wire connections. Available in SOT-23, SOT-23 (Thin Outline), and TO-92 packages, all are RoHS compliant.
