MLX90817 Absolute Pressure Sensor IC
The MLX90817 is a high-accuracy, ratiometric analog output absolute pressure sensor IC. It integrates MEMS, analog front-end and back-end circuitry, a 16-bit microcontroller, and voltage regulators into a compact 4x5mm DFN package. Designed for demanding automotive applications, it offers a large temperature range (-40C to 150C), automotive qualification, and robust diagnostic features. The sensor can be factory calibrated or fully programmable for customized calibration curves, making it suitable for various automotive pressure sensing needs.
