Soldering Information
DIP Soldering: Bath temperature: 260 max. Immersion time: within 5 sec, 1 time. Solder no closer than 2mm from the base of the package. Resin flux is recommended.
Soldering Iron: Soldering iron: 30W or smaller. Temperature at tip of iron: 300 or lower. Soldering time: within 3 sec. Avoid pressing the tip of the iron against the PIN.
Storage Conditions
Store at 30 or less and 70% RH or less for up to 3 months. Avoid environments with corrosive gases that may affect the lead frames. Avoid rapid transitions in ambient temperature, especially in high humidity environments.
Application Restrictions
Observe absolute maximum ratings and usage instructions. Meihua is not responsible for damage resulting from non-compliance. Products are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Recommended ESD precautions include grounded wrist straps, ESD footwear, clothing, floors, and workstation equipment. Proper grounding is required for all devices, equipment, and machinery. Surge protection should be considered in product design. LEDs should be operated with forward bias. Driving circuits must prevent forward or reverse voltage when the LED is off.
