Microchip EMC1413/EMC1414 Multiple Channel 1C Temperature Sensors with Beta Compensation
The EMC1413/EMC1414 are high accuracy, low cost, System Management Bus (SMBus) temperature sensors. They offer advanced features such as Resistance Error Correction (REC) and Beta Compensation to support CPU diodes requiring the BJT/transistor model. These sensors provide robust solutions for complex environmental monitoring applications. The EMC1413 monitors three temperature channels, while the EMC1414 monitors four. Both offer 1C accuracy for internal and external diode temperatures. The automatic diode type detection and beta detection features simplify configuration for users, providing a flexible and accurate solution for critical temperature monitoring.
