TC1047/TC1047A - High Precision Temperature-to-Voltage Converter
The TC1047 and TC1047A are linear voltage output temperature sensors that provide an output voltage directly proportional to the measured temperature. They offer accurate temperature measurement from -40C to +125C with a linear temperature slope of 10mV/C. The TC1047 operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 4.4V, while the TC1047A supports a wider range of 2.5V to 5.5V. These devices are available in a compact 3-Pin SOT-23B package, making them suitable for space-constrained applications.
