Murata MEMS accelerometers are designed for safety-critical automotive and high-performance industrial applications. They feature a common package for single, dual, and tri-axis configurations, a Dual Flat Lead (DFL) plastic package for SMD mounting, excellent bias stability over temperature, superior noise performance, and exceptional insensitivity to shocks and vibrations. These accelerometers are automotive qualified according to the AEC-Q100 standard and include advanced self-diagnostics features and an internal temperature sensor.
