The SCL3400-D01 is a high-performance, 2-axis digital inclinometer sensor based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. The sensor features a mixed-signal ASIC with a flexible SPI digital interface and is housed in a compact 12-pin pre-molded plastic package, ensuring reliable operation. Designed for high stability, reliability, and quality, it provides extremely stable output over a wide range of temperatures and vibrations, incorporates advanced self-diagnostics, and is suitable for SMD mounting. It is compatible with RoHS and ELV directives.
