OH44E - SOT23 Single-ended Hall Unipolar Switch IC
The OH44E is a single-ended unipolar Hall effect switch IC designed for contactless switching applications. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage to convert magnetic field signals into digital voltage outputs. Packaged in a compact SOT23, it offers N-pole triggering, small size, stable performance, and a wide operating voltage range. It is ideal for position detection, speed sensing, and flow detection.
