Product Overview
The OH9253 is an omnipolar Hall-effect switch from Nanjing Ouzhuo Technology. This temperature-stable, stress-resistant switch integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and open-drain output on a single silicon chip. It utilizes advanced CMOS fabrication for low-voltage operation, excellent component matching, and minimal input-offset errors. The OH9253 offers solid-state reliability, omnipolar switching with either magnetic pole, low power consumption, high sensitivity for reed switch replacement, and cost-competitiveness. It is suitable for various applications including solid-state switches, lid close sensors, magnet proximity sensors, and revolution counters.
