Installation & Use Precautions
- Purpose: Current limitation.
- Soldering: Weld spot at least 2mm from encapsulation head, temperature below 360, time
- Storage Temperature: -1040.
- Storage Humidity: 75% RH.
- Avoid storage in environments with corrosive gases and illumination.
- Reseal packaging after opening. Storage period is 1 year. Products exceeding the storage period can be re-tested and used if they meet the requirements.
Material Description
The silicone resin encapsulation provides high temperature resistance (up to 300C), fast heat dissipation, and good insulation. While the silicone surface may show friction marks due to product handling (which do not affect performance and can be wiped off), and the material is firm but brittle, leading to potential minor cracks/chipping at the leads under improper force (which also do not affect performance or reliability), customers can use the product with confidence as these characteristics do not impact performance.
