The UVG12 is a photodiode with a 13 mm circular active area, designed for detection in the 193-400 nm spectral range. It features 100% internal Quantum Efficiency (QE) and a cap-free design for maximum responsivity. A sacrificial cap is provided for shipping purposes. This photodiode is ideal for applications requiring sensitive UV detection.
