The SL1254-9 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity South (S) pole Hall effect switch sensor. Utilizing advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, it achieves extremely low input error feedback and excellent consistency. The device incorporates dynamic offset cancellation to mitigate voltage offsets caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients. Its miniaturized packaging offers high performance and market advantages. The SL1254-9 is designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40~130C and is suitable for applications such as brushless motors, instrumentation, PDAs, and laptop computers.
