Product Overview
The 44E is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity unipolar Hall effect switch designed with bipolar semiconductor technology. It features a Hall voltage generator, a regulator for operation between 3.8V and 40V, temperature compensation, a small signal amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output. This sensor is designed for south pole response, where the output is low when magnetic flux density (B) exceeds the operating point (Bop) and switches to high when B falls below the release point (Brp). Available in TO92S and SOT23-3L packages, both compliant with RoHS standards, the 44E is suitable for applications such as brushless motor commutation, flow sensors, position sensors, speed sensors, and distance sensors.
