Product Overview
The SL1605 is a low-power Hall effect switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. It offers multiple magnetic field thresholds, switch operating frequencies, and package options to suit diverse applications. The sensor operates by detecting magnetic field strength; when the applied S-pole or N-pole magnetic induction exceeds the operating point (BOP), the output goes low and remains low until the magnetic induction falls below the release point (BRP), at which time the output goes high. Featuring an internal temperature compensation circuit and clock logic for stable operation and switching frequency, this sensor provides omnipolar magnetic response with extremely low current consumption. It operates within a wide supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and is available in the compact SOT-553 package.
