The IAM-20381HT is a high-performance, automotive-grade 3-axis accelerometer designed for non-safety automotive applications. Housed in a compact 3x3x0.75mm 16-pin LGA package, it offers a user-programmable full-scale range of 2g, 4g, 8g, and 16g. Its integrated 4096-byte FIFO buffer reduces serial bus traffic and power consumption by enabling the system processor to perform burst reads. This device simplifies integration by eliminating the need for multiple discrete components, ensuring optimal motion performance. Key features include on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, two programmable interrupts, and support for I2C and SPI serial interfaces. It operates with a VDD range of 1.71V to 3.6V and a separate digital I/O supply (VDDIO) from 1.71V to 3.6V.
