The XL593 is a linear Hall effect sensor optimized for a wide voltage and temperature range. Its output voltage is proportional to both the supply voltage and the intensity of the magnetic field it senses. With a default zero-field output voltage at half of the supply voltage, the XL593 typically operates at 5.0V and can withstand transient voltages up to 50V. It offers a sensitivity of 1.7mV/Gs and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40 to 125. This sensor integrates a high-precision current source, temperature compensation module, Hall array, amplifier, and driver, ensuring high linearity and strong electromagnetic interference resistance across its operating temperature range. It is widely used in consumer and industrial control applications, including potential control, precise position detection, game controllers, and flow meters.
