XCMG XC956 National Stage II Medium Wheel Loader – Performance Features

Adopts a 170 kW high-power electronically controlled engine complying with National Stage  II emission standards. It features large torque reserve coefficient, strong power and high combustion efficiency. Three power modes are available for selection according to operation characteristics to maximize fuel savings.

Reinforced drive axle with a safety factor of over 2 times, delivering more reliable load-bearing capacity.

Equipped with high-capacity energy-saving dual-turbine torque converter and advanced reliable reinforced transmission box. XCMG’s professional power matching technology achieves perfect matching with the engine to minimize fuel consumption.

Wide-opening heavy-duty hinged structure. Double-row tapered roller bearings are adopted at the lower hinge to effectively disperse stress at the hinge point and enhance impact resistance.

Full optimization of hinge points for the working device. Bucket tipping force and boom lifting force are increased by more than 10%, effectively improving front axle stress for easier shoveling and higher operation efficiency. The bucket is fitted with a deflector plate to reduce material damage to hinge joints.

XC9 series integrated international-style cab with good sealing, larger space and better visibility, providing operators with a comfortable riding environment and quieter operation.

New mold-stamped engine cover with elegant appearance. It adopts gas-spring upward-opening large side door and rear guard structure with large opening angle. Routine maintenance items including air filter, oil filter and fuel filter are easily accessible.

Single-row large-pitch radiator greatly improves heat dissipation capacity to guarantee thermal balance of engine block, dual-power system and hydraulic system. The radiator core adopts modular design for direct disassembly and lower maintenance cost.

XCMG’s new lubrication solution combines oil-retaining bushings with solid pin shafts for sufficient lubrication and reliable hinge connections. Lubrication points are externally routed for convenient grease filling.
