HZB1101 Transformer Ratio Tester

During the production of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before new transformers are put into operation, and in accordance with the preventive test regulations of the State Grid, regular turns ratio or voltage ratio testing is required. Traditional ratio bridges are cumbersome to operate, provide non-intuitive readings, require additional calculations, and only give the ratio of a single phase.

Our Transformer Turns Ratio Tester overcomes all these shortcomings. It features a large high‑resolution LCD screen, is easy to use in the field, and provides a Chinese menu prompt (localized versions available). Operation is simple and intuitive – the three‑phase ratio test is completed in one go with fast speed and high accuracy.
