The Fast Temperature Change Chamber is a high-performance environmental testing system engineered for industrial-grade temperature cycling and rapid temperature shock testing. It combines a water-cooled refrigeration system with non-linear fast temperature change technology to deliver a stable temperature change rate of 10°C/min, supporting rapid cooling from 80°C to -40°C and rapid heating from -40°C to 80°C.
The unit features a dual-door integrated structure with a 1.2m × 1.2m × 1.2m inner cavity, providing a large test space, stable operation and high test repeatability. It is widely used for environmental stress screening, temperature durability and reliability testing of electronic components, automotive parts, new energy products and industrial materials.

- Production and Delivery Process: We manufacture the machines according to the confirmed PO requirements and provide photos showing the production process. After production is complete, we send photos to the customer for confirmation. We then carry out factory calibration or third-party calibration as per customer requirements, check and test all details, and arrange packing. Delivery is scheduled at the confirmed shipping time, and the customer is informed accordingly.

Yes, we are one of the professional manufacturers of environmental chambers, leather shoe testing equipment and plastic rubber testing equipment in China. Every machine purchased from our factory carries a 12-month warranty after shipment. We generally offer 12 months of free maintenance; considering sea transportation, we can extend this by 2 months for our customers. If your machine does not work, you can send us an email or call us, and we will do our best to identify the problem through conversation or, if necessary, by video chat. Once the problem is confirmed, a solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
For our standard machines, if we have stock in the warehouse, delivery takes 3–7 working days. If there is no stock, the delivery time is normally 15–20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.
Yes, of course. We can offer not only standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements. We can also put your logo on the machine, which means we offer OEM and ODM services.
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or an English-language video by email. Most of our machines are shipped as a whole unit, meaning they are already installed — you just need to connect the power cable and start using it. If necessary, we can also assist you with on-site installation.
