FLOWSERVE High Efficiency Cast Iron Centrifugal Submersible Pump Suction Bell
The intake suction bell (also called inlet bellmouth or suction bell) sits at the pump suction nozzle. Its job is to guide incoming fluid smoothly into the impeller eye without turbulence, vortex formation, or flow separation. When the bell wears out or is damaged, you get cavitation noise, vibration, reduced head, and accelerated impeller erosion.
This replacement bell is dimensionally interchangeable with the FLOWSERVE OEM part. We scan the original with FARO 3D laser, rebuild the CAD model, run CFD simulation on the internal flow path, and only proceed to casting when the hydraulic profile matches OEM specifications.
