STC-250ton V type punching machine
This is 200ton open double point crank punching machine, meeting Japanese JIS 1 class standard - Safety, Energy saving, Stable, Automation, High precision.
Performance Features
- The high-strength fuselage structure has small deformation and high precision
- OMPI pneumatic dry clutch brake are used
- The slider adopts two corner and six sided guides with "high-frequency quenching" and "rail grinding process" for small wear, high precision, long precision maintenance time and improved service life
- Crankshaft is made of high strength alloy 42CrMo, which is 1.3 times stronger than 45 steel and has longer service life
- The copper sleeve is made of tin phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1, which is 1.5 times stronger than ordinary BC6 brass
- The highly sensitive hydraulic overload protection device protects the life of the press and die
- Standard SMC pressure regulator, oil mister, air filter
- Optional mat (air cushion)
