The punch press uses a motor to drive the crankshaft, which drives the slider to move up and down. Material is placed on the workbench, and the slider drives the mold to press the material, enabling punching, blanking, bending, stretching, and other processing operations. The process is fast, efficient, and accurate.
- Non-servo models (ST-110 / STD-110): Fixed speed, driven by ordinary motor + flywheel
- Servo model (STD-110Sv): Adjustable speed and programmable stroke, more flexible for complex processing
- Install the mold correctly on the slider and workbench, and adjust the mold height according to material thickness
- Turn on the machine and check the lubrication system and safety protection devices (overload protection, emergency stop button)
- Place material on the workbench and align with the mold
- Select operation mode (manual / single punch / continuous punch) and start processing
- After processing, turn off the machine, clean the workbench, and maintain the mold
