Product Overview
Qiaosen Double Sided Material Lubricator applies lubricating oil evenly on both top and bottom surfaces of metal strip. Installed behind NC servo feeder to reduce mold wear, improve deep drawing quality and support automatic stamping production.

Installation Position
Recommended Line Layout:
Decoiler → Straightener → NC Servo Feeder → Double Sided Oil Feeder → Power Press
The double sided oil feeder is installed at the outlet of the NC servo feeder, allowing continuous and even lubrication immediately before the metal strip enters the press die.
