160 TON Durable Double Crank Power Press designed to meet the demands of automotive appliance and electronics manufacturing
STC-160 is Qiaosen 160 ton C frame double crank power press. Adopting double crank structure, the slider gets balanced force and keeps stable during long continuous stamping. The machine frame is high rigidity steel welded structure with stress relief treatment, meets JIS class 1 precision standard. It is widely used for sheet metal working, including punching, bending, forming and shallow drawing. This press can work together with decoiler, straightener and servo feeder to build full automatic stamping line. Ideal for mass production of automotive hardware, home appliance parts, new energy components and electronic metal parts. Three operation modes: inch, single stroke and continuous stroke. Equipped with overload protection to ensure safe operation.
