Original Japan HIOKI RM3546 High Precision Nano-Ohm Resistormeter, 1nΩ Resolution Low Resistance Tester For EV Busbar Welding Inspection
The HIOKI RM3546 is a new-generation nano-ohm level resistance meter designed for EV and energy storage battery manufacturing. It solves unstable measurement issues caused by temperature drift right after welding via built-in A-TC temperature compensation function.
With 1nΩ minimum resolution and high measurement accuracy, it accurately judges welding quality by tiny resistance differences. Equipped with ACP active circuit protection up to DC60V to avoid equipment damage from abnormal voltage on production lines. It supports Z3003 multiplexer for multi-channel expansion, compatible with LAN/USB/RS232/EXT I/O interfaces for seamless linkage with automated production equipment.
