Overview
CN055 is HIOKI exclusive LAN-CAN conversion gateway developed for automotive new energy vehicle integrated testing. It solves the core pain point of synchronous data fusion between bench measuring instruments and vehicle on-board CAN bus system. Connect to LR8450 data loggers, PW3390/PW6001 power analyzers via LAN cable, convert all collected power, temperature, current measurement data into standard CAN messages and send to vehicle ECU network. Equipped with 3 independent CAN channels (CAN0/CAN1/CAN2), simultaneously read original vehicle CAN signals such as motor speed, battery SOC, brake status for one-stop synchronous analysis. Minimum 10ms ultra-fast data refresh interval ensures high time consistency between measurement waveform and vehicle control signals. Wide DC 9~30V power input supports direct power supply via vehicle OBD port, compact metal housing with vibration resistance meets vehicle road test standards, and cloud server access realizes remote real-time data monitoring through Wi-Fi/4G module expansion.
