This tape uses epoxy-based thermosetting adhesive, providing excellent bonding strength to various substrates.It features a wide process window for hot-pressing, strong production adaptability, and outstanding high-temperature adhesion.
The tape exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and anti-cracking performance, allowing various sheet metal processes after hot pressing.
It has superior resistance to heat and humidity, making it ideal for automotive applications.It also delivers excellent chemical resistance: no reaction after 24h immersion in acid (HCl 0.1N / H₂SO₄ 95%), alkali (NaOH 10%), or oil.
