Heat Resistant Transparent PET Tape for High-temperature Applications
This Heat Resistant PET Tape is made of high-quality PET film as the base material, with fluorine release film as the release liner. It features excellent temperature resistance, stable adhesion, and reliable physical performance, widely used in electronic manufacturing, surface treatment, and high-temperature processing industries.
The thickness of the tape ranges from 0.025T to 0.25T, supporting flexible customization. The maximum width reaches 1300mm, and conventional widths include 500mm, 1040mm, 1090mm, and 1280mm to meet diverse application and processing requirements.
Adhesion strength is adjustable from 50g to 2000g. The product is available in multiple colors: green, yellow, red, black, grass green, and transparent, facilitating identification and application in different working scenarios.
It exhibits outstanding initial tack and strong self-adsorption, enabling easy and smooth lamination. The tape can be peeled and reapplied repeatedly without leaving any residual adhesive on the surface, effectively protecting the appearance and integrity of the substrate.
With excellent temperature resistance up to 180℃, the tape maintains stable performance under high-temperature conditions. It also provides good insulation properties, ensuring safety and reliability in electronic applications.
