RF5000 directional variable-frequency online microwave moisture analyzer is independently researched and developed targeting the points of brick & tile manufacturers on raw material moisture control, applicable to online real-time moisture monitoring of clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash and various solid waste brick-making raw materials on conveyor belts.
Most brick plants still rely on lab oven drying test for moisture detection, which takes hours to get test results. The lagged data causes unstable pug moisture, leading to brick blank cracking, deformation and high finished product rejection rate during forming and sintering. Our RF5000 inline moisture measuring instrument solves this problem thoroughly: it realizes instant continuous moisture reading on production line, dynamically adjusts raw material batching to stabilize blank moisture and cut brick waste rate effectively.
Structure & Working Principle
This online moisture equipment is composed of directional variable-frequency microwave transmitting unit and signal receiving unit. The transmitter outputs directional adjustable-frequency microwave, the signal passes vertically through moving brick raw material layer, and residual microwave energy is captured by the receiving probe on the opposite side.
Based on the attenuation value of penetrated microwave energy consumed by raw material internal moisture, the system uses exclusive calculation model to convert energy loss data into accurate total moisture value of brick-making raw materials.
