Natural Gas and Heavy Oil Fired Tunnel Kiln for Brick Manufacturing

Tunnel kiln is a continuous moving ware kiln in which the clay products to be fired are passed on cars through a long horizontal tunnel. The firing of products occurs at the central part of the tunnel. 

The tunnel kiln is considered to be the most advanced brick making technology. The main advantagesof tunnel kiln technology lie its ability to fire a wide variety of clay products, better control over the firing process and high quality of the the products.

According to physical and chemical properties of the raw materials (including internal fuel), it is analyzed and judged which products are suitable for the raw materials (standard brick, porous brick, hollow brick, self-insulating brick)

Calcination cycle reference value: standard brick 32h ~ 40h, porous brick 28h ~ 36h, hollow brick 24h ~ 30h.The calcination cycle is proportional to the refractoriness and energy consumption of the raw materials.The straight channel kiln roasting cycle is longer than the parallel kiln roasting cycle;
