Automatic Block Cutting Machine

Our automatic block cutting machine is an innovative equipment developed independently by our company. It can precisely cut vacuum extruded mud strips into brick blanks without generating waste materials, and will not damage the thin wall structure of hollow bricks.

Equipped with double servo control system, the machine delivers powerful driving force and operates more stably. Digital length measuring system guarantees precise dimensional accuracy of finished brick blanks. Adopting vertical cutting mode, it effectively reduces deformation of green bricks.

This machine is suitable for one-step cutting and forming of high-hole perforated blocks. It is also upgraded with cutting function for small-size brick blanks such as KP1 bricks.
