Process Flow
  • Magnetic core feeding via Tcore vibration plate (6s/pcs)
  • Winding: Flat wire wound onto magnetic core using bifilar winding technique with hot air self-adhesion
  • Wire management: Arrange wire, trim excess tail wire, and weld/fix to magnetic core
  • Output products according to customer requirements
