The XT-601SD is a fully automatic, stand-alone system specifically designed for winding self-supporting air coils with large-diameter wire. This system utilizes wire coated with thermoplastic adhesive and employs a hot air supply to heat the wire while it is wound onto the coil. The adhesive bonds the turns together, resulting in a strong and durable coil. When the winding process is complete, the finished coil is automatically ejected from the machine.
