Production Process
- Manually place the PCBA boards to be coated (component side up) into the automatic feeding conveyor.
- The boards are transferred from the automatic feeding conveyor into the conformal coating machine for the spraying process.
- After coating, the PCBA boards enter a sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling, before proceeding into the infrared curing oven for final curing.
- Following curing, the boards move to the inspection and collection station for manual sampling inspection and removal.
