The HP-730+IR3C Double-Sided IR Curing Return Line is an advanced turnkey solution engineered for manufacturers requiring complete top and bottom side PCB protection with maximum floor space efficiency. This innovative integrated line features a vertical return conveyor system that enables double-sided coating and curing in a continuous workflow while maintaining a compact footprint.
System Overview
The line begins with an automatic elevator that positions boards at the optimal height for entry into the automatic feeding conveyor. PCBs then proceed through a carefully orchestrated sequence: first, they enter the HP-730 Selective Coating Machine for precise A-side application with ±0.02mm repeatability. After leveling on a sealing inspection conveyor, boards move into the first IR3C Infrared Curing Oven for initial curing.
Space-Efficient Design
The vertical return design effectively doubles production capacity within a single linear footprint, making it ideal for facilities with space constraints. Finished boards are automatically transferred via lower-level return conveyor back to the front of the line.

Operational Process
- Manually place PCBA boards (component side up) into the automatic feeding conveyor
- Boards transfer to conformal coating machine for top side (A-side) spraying, then proceed to sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling
- Boards enter infrared curing oven for curing, then proceed to flipping machine for board inversion
- Following inversion, boards enter coating machine for bottom side (B-side) spraying, then proceed to sealing inspection conveyor
- Boards enter infrared curing oven for final curing, then transfer via automatic elevator to lower-level return conveyor
- Boards transport via return conveyor to front-section elevator, then to automatic feeding conveyor for manual sampling inspection and removal
