The line begins with an HP-211 Automatic Feeding Conveyor, which buffers PCBs to ensure consistent flow into the HP-730 Selective Coating Machine. Here, servo-driven dispensers apply conformal coating with ±0.02mm precision, eliminating manual masking. Freshly coated boards transfer to a specialized Sealing Inspection Conveyor for critical leveling time and buffering before entering the HP-IR3C Infrared Curing Furnace. The HP-IR3C uses multi-zone infrared heating for rapid, uniform curing, locking in protection without slowing production. Finally, boards exit to an ergonomic Inspection and Collection Station for quality control.
