Production Process Flow
1. Manually place PCBA boards (component side up) into the automatic feeding conveyor
2. Boards transfer from feeding conveyor into conformal coating machine for top side (A-side) spraying
3. After coating, PCBA boards enter sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling
4. Boards proceed to flipping machine for inversion, then enter coating machine for bottom side (B-side) spraying
5. After B-side coating, boards enter infrared curing oven for final curing
6. Following curing, boards move to inspection and collection station for manual sampling inspection and removal
