HP-Glue700 Dynamic Mixing Machine Two Component Dispenser Uniform Bubble Free Mixing
The HP-Glue700 eliminates the common challenges of two-component dispensing with its advanced dynamic mixing technology and automatic cleaning system. Unlike static mixers that can struggle with high-viscosity or filler-containing materials, the motor-driven dynamic mixing element inside the dispensing head ensures thorough, uniform blending of A and B components immediately before application—delivering completely bubble-free results even with challenging formulations. The on-demand mixing approach means materials are combined only when dispensed, eliminating waste from pot life expiration and preventing clogging. After use, the automatic cleaning function flushes the mixing chamber with solvent from the integrated 5L cleaning tank; the disposable mixing tube can then be removed and cleaned or replaced. This "separate storage, mix at head" design is the industry standard for reliable two-component dispensing. Combined with dual 30L heated, stirred tanks, ±2% precision screw pumps, and adjustable 1:1 to 10:1 ratio control, the HP-Glue700 delivers consistent, high-quality results with minimal maintenance downtime.
