The HP-UV206FM sets a new standard for high-volume UV curing with its powerful dual-lamp configuration, featuring two 6KW mercury lamps delivering a combined 12KW of UV energy—twice the curing power of single-lamp systems. This substantial increase enables manufacturers to achieve faster conveyor speeds for higher throughput, cure thicker coating layers in a single pass, and process more demanding materials requiring higher energy doses.
Each lamp is independently powered by an electronic frequency conversion supply with 50%-100% adjustable output, allowing fine-tuning of curing intensity for different material requirements and the creation of custom profiles such as low-power pre-cure followed by high-power final cure. The 200-400nm wavelength range with 365nm peak ensures compatibility with most UV-curable conformal coatings, adhesives, and inks.
With electrically adjustable rail width (50-450mm), conveyor speed control (0.5-3.5m/min), and ±110mm component clearance, the HP-UV206FM handles diverse PCB sizes while delivering the curing capacity that high-volume production demands.
