The HP-AOI45B is a fully integrated inline automatic optical inspection system designed for seamless operation within automated SMT production lines. Featuring a standard SMEMA communication interface, it automatically handshakes with upstream coating equipment and downstream curing furnaces or unloaders—enabling true lights-out quality verification with minimal operator intervention.

The intelligent electric width adjustment (50-450mm) responds to program commands, eliminating manual changeovers between different PCB sizes, while the conveyor speed (0.5-3.5m/min) synchronizes precisely with line flow. With total power consumption of only 2KW (AC220V 50Hz) and robust construction weighing approximately 600KG, the HP-AOI45B integrates cleanly into facility infrastructure.
