Product Overview
The HP-T6441-2-UV features an integrated UV inspection light source that enables operators to verify coating coverage and edge definition immediately after application. When using coatings with fluorescent tracers, the UV illumination causes the coating to glow vividly, making coverage areas, edge boundaries, and potential defects instantly visible for real-time quality assessment.
This built-in inspection capability accelerates process validation, enables immediate adjustments, and eliminates delays associated with off-line inspection. The system combines an MK-A50 precision atomizing valve for fine, uniform spray application with a dedicated dispensing valve for precise material deposition. The 500*500mm coating travel accommodates larger PCBs, while the 5L supply tank and 2L cleaning tank support extended production runs.
