The HP-D6441-1 is a high-performance desktop dispensing machine designed for precision adhesive application in prototyping and low-to-medium volume production. Its dual Y-platform configuration enables simultaneous loading/unloading and dispensing, effectively doubling productivity compared to single-table machines.
At its core is the H-N02 silicone back-suction dispensing valve, featuring anti-drip technology that prevents material stringing between dispensing points. The valve handles a wide viscosity range (1-100,000cps), accommodating adhesives, paints, greases, inks, and other single-component liquids.
The complete 330ml glue supply system includes a customized controller for precise volume adjustment, ensuring consistent material delivery. Motion is powered by stepper motors with synchronous belt drive, achieving ± 0.02mm repeat accuracy at speeds up to 500mm/s.
The system supports complex dispensing patterns including points, lines, arcs, circles, and irregular curves through continuous interpolation. Programming is via an intuitive teach pendant, and programs can be exported for future use.
