KDW-BG-L30 Product Profile

The KDW-BG-L30 is a boom barrier designed for vehicle access control. It is widely used in parking lots, shopping centers, residential communities, public venues, hospitals, agencies, and luxury villas. Available with straight, fence, folding (height-limiting), or safety foam arms to meet diverse application needs.

Powered by a 24V DC brushless motor, the system delivers high torque and precise Hall-effect positioning with minimal heat generation. Additionally, the crank arm allows for flexible adjustment to suit both left-hand and right-hand installations. The system features a dedicated control board designed for DC brushless barrier gates.

It allows for easy adjustment of rising/falling speed, travel angle, soft start/stop buffering, and auto-reverse upon obstacle detection. It also supports vehicle counting via loop sensors. The mainboard features extensive external interfaces, allowing seamless integration with License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems, card readers, facial recognition terminals, anti-crush radars, and loop detectors.

All-in-One LPR System⤴

Designed for vehicle entry and exit control, this system uses recognition algorithm to identify license plates and grant access by cross-referencing a database.

It also integrates with toll systems to charge visitor vehicles by time, frequency, or monthly/annual parking.

Card Access Terminal⤴

The barrier gate is controlled via an Access Control Terminal. When integrated with the system, you can configure card validity periods and access frequency limits.

Facial Recognition Terminal⤴

Offers superior security compared to card access systems by eliminating the risk of card sharing.

Rfid Proximity Reader⤴

Designed for non-motorized vehicle checkpoints, simply affix the Rfid tag to the front of the vehicle.

As it enters the reader's detection zone, the system automatically verifies it against the internal whitelist and grants access. It also integrates with system to enforce various access control rules.

Millimeter-wave Safety Radar⤴

It serves two critical safety functions: ensuring the boom lower only after vehicles have passed, and providing anti-crush protection.

The radar detects objects in the barrier's path instantly. If an obstacle is detected during the lowering process, the boom automatically retracts, significantly enhancing operational safety.

Traffic Light Interlocking⤴

The main control board features dual relay outputs for 'Fully Open' and 'Fully Closed' status. You can connect external traffic lights equipped with relay interfaces to enhance traffic safety.
