Free-cutting grade with added sulfur, excellent machinability and easy turning & tapping. Good atmospheric rust resistance, ideal for standard fasteners, hardware fittings and general mechanical parts.
Classic 18-8 austenitic grade, balanced strength, ductility and weldability. Great anti-rust and oxidation resistance for indoor, outdoor, construction and general industrial use.
Low carbon molybdenum grade, superior chloride, salt spray and seawater corrosion resistance. Excellent intergranular corrosion resistance after welding, perfect for coastal, chemical, food and medical equipment parts.
High chromium nickel heat-resistant grade, outstanding high temperature oxidation resistance, stable service up to 1200°C. Suitable for furnace components, heat exchanger parts, boiler and high-temperature industrial equipment.
Titanium stabilized 316 grade, effectively prevents intergranular corrosion. Great high-temperature strength, creep resistance and welding performance; ideal for high-temperature piping, exhaust system and thermal equipment parts.
Dual-phase ferrite-austenite structure, high strength, high toughness and superior pitting & crevice corrosion resistance. Better mechanical strength than ordinary 304/316L, suitable for petrochemical, desalination and pressure equipment.
High-alloy super duplex grade, ultra-high strength and extreme corrosion resistance. Resists chloride, acid and harsh corrosive media; widely used in marine engineering, offshore platforms, chemical reaction equipment and severe corrosion working conditions.

Process flow: Hot rolling → Cold drawing → Precision straightening → Centerless grinding → Factory mirror polishing → Fixed length cutting → Dimension & surface inspection → Finished packaging.
Each batch passes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, hardness test, dimensional inspection and surface quality check. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) and inspection reports can be provided.
